This candidate has extensive management experience within the pharmaceutical and biotechnical industries.  He has expertise in the areas of Analytical R&D, Method Development and Validation, QA and QC as well as GMP Compliance. Has been responsible for the drug development process from analysis method development and method transfer to oversight of numerous contract analytical and manufacturing facilities and GMP audit.  This candidate also has experience preparing NDA’s and hosting FDA pre-approval and routine inspections.   Solid leadership skills with a passion for his field—this candidate is impressive. Over 4 years of experience supporting lab operations within cage washer roles.  While in these positions he was responsible for operating, maintaining and repairing the cage wash machine, washing and autoclaving instrumentation and glassware, conducting water temperature checks and conducted inventory checks and re-stocking.  He left the cage wash role, due to his growing sensitivity to animal euthanization.  Looking for a full time, stable position within the biotech industry.  Available to interview and start work immediately.

BS in Chemistry with several years of analytical method development experience.  Supports pharmaceutical development using various methods of chromatography and instrumentation.  Has experience developing, optimizing and validating analytical test methods for drug products and their intermediates, writing analytical method validation protocols and reports, write development and other technical reports including SOPs, and training of junior chemists. 

 

14516   Analytical Chemist

BS Biochemistry with over 7 years of pharmaceutical and peptide analysis experience.  Responsible for analytical support of projects from early feasibility through late phase II, performing HPLC method development, validation and transfer, routine analysis of raw material, in-process and finished product, review and documentation of analytical data and training of junior chemists.  Proficient in use of Agilent, Waters, Gilson, Perkin-Elmer and Alliance HPLC systems. 12327   Quality Control Analyst/Microbiology

BS in Cell and Molecular Biology with 3+ years QC Microbiology experience.  Responsible for environmental monitoring, performing compendial microbiological and chemical analysis and microbial ID.  This candidate has been recognized as a subject matter expert for the sterility test method, Bioburden assay and Product Endotoxin assay using LAL.  Has experience using the EDMS system to update, review, create and route test methods and SOP’s.  Proficient with the use of Vitek/Api and Biolog.  Available to interview immediately and can start work with 2 weeks’ notice.

 

15368   Clinical Supplies Inventory Manager

This candidate has several years of directly applicable experience as a Clinical Supplies Manager.   Expertise lies in the areas of raw materials management, batch record reviews for fills and clinical supplies labeling, experience encompassing all warehouse functions, including the management of multi-million dollar pharmaceutical inventories.  Has handled multiple FDA inspections of his area of responsibility without negative comment. He is an extremely well organized individual who enjoys a challenge. 

 

14520   Research Associate/Molecular Biology and Genetics

MS Molecular This candidate has experience with cloning and construction of recombinant phagemids using restriction enzyme, PCR, large scale and mini-preparation of plasmids, isolation and purification of DNA fragments, gel electrophoresis and blotting, mammalian and plant cell culture and solid GMP documentation skills.  In her most current research she was involved with determining the molecular and cellular mechanisms of mitochondrial nutrients on aging, stress, and age-/stress-associated degenerative diseases with a focus on oxidative stress and mitochondrial metabolism using animal models.  Available to interview immediately and can start work with short notice.

           

14577   Quality Control Manager

PhD in Chemistry with several years of experience in pharmaceutical analytical laboratories including methods development and validation, product development and research.  Has solid experience establishing cGMP Quality Systems and in managing the QC laboratory—directly involved in cGMP compliance and regulatory inspections. Scope of responsibilities include: supporting chemical and microbiological testing of pharmaceutical product, reviewing data, SOPs, test methods , validations and deviation/OOS reports, overseeing the transfer of test methods, writing and revising SOPs and internal/eternal auditing.  Superb verbal and written communication skills.  Has a successful track record in managing several direct reports at the BS to MS level.  

 

14579  Scientist, Microarray/Gene Expression

MS in Molecular Biology with over 15 years of experience in the biotechnical and immunodiagnostic industries.  Her most current experience involves microarray (Genechip)- Gene Expression by RNA Analysis using high-density oligonucleotide chips based on Affymetrix Platform.  Additional experience includes: DNA analysis for Comparative Genomic Hybridization (CGH) and Hybridization of Chromatin, MicroRNA (miRNA)- Expression Analysis, cloning of eukaryotic DNA into plasmids using Recombinant DNA Techniques, plasmid DNA vector expression,  PCR methodologies and hybridization and purification of DNA.   Has laboratory management experience; responsible for several direct reports while handling lab logistics/operations.  Excellent organizational and communication skills.  Available to interview immediately and can start work with 2 weeks’ notice.
